Neurodivergent-Affirming Therapy
(ADHD, Autism, AuDHD & More)
You’re not ‘too much’ or ‘not enough’—you’re wired differently.
Masking, burnout, sensory overwhelm, and “why is everything harder than it should be?” can take a toll. Therapy can help you honor how your brain works while building systems that make life feel doable.
Our Approach
We are neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based.
-
Affirmation first. We won’t try to “normalize” you—we’ll help you design a life that fits your brain.
-
What we work on: executive-function scaffolding (time, tasks, routines), rejection sensitivity and shame, unmasking safely, sensory needs, social/relationship skills, work/school accommodations, and burnout recovery.
-
Modalities: practical skills (EF coaching, DBT-informed emotion regulation), self-compassion work, values-based goal-setting, and body-based calming for nervous-system overload.
Late diagnosis welcome. Many clients arrive with a lifetime of “shoulds.” We’ll rewrite that script, gently, and clearly.

Neurodivergent Therapy FAQ
No. We’ll meet you where you are—self-identified, questioning, or formally diagnosed—and tailor support accordingly.
Both/and. You’ll get concrete tools (routines, systems, scripts) and therapy for the emotional load—burnout, grief, and the impacts of masking and misunderstanding.
Yes. We can discuss documentation needs, draft supportive language you can share with providers or HR, and practice self-advocacy.
We’ll co-create a plan based on your goals. Some clients use short skill-blocks; others prefer ongoing support, revisiting as life changes.
That’s common. We integrate anxiety/depression treatment with neurodivergent-affirming strategies so you’re not pulling in opposite directions.
