Roncia
LPCC
Roncia is a therapist who sees the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative, affirming space where clients can reconnect with their inner wisdom. She has deep experience working with children, teens, and families, especially those navigating neurodivergence (ADHD, autism), trauma, and spiritual identity. Her approach is warm, creative, and deeply relational.
Roncia offers a blend of play therapy, somatic awareness, CBT, and mindfulness-based practices, always adapted to fit each client’s unique rhythm and needs. She believes therapy should honor the full humanity of every person—including laughter, movement, and moments of stillness. Her clients often describe her as grounding and calm, with a knack for knowing when to sit in silence and when to help untangle stuck thoughts.
As a Black neurodivergent clinician, Roncia brings lived experience to her work and is committed to holding space for clients from all backgrounds to feel safe, seen, and heard.
